The Grazer Wortlabor is a multilingual group of authors who overcome barriers between different cultures and languages through literary text work. Mutual influence and empowerment come to foreground.

This evening is dedicated to the polyphony of poetry from the Wortlabor. Language is poetically highlighted, re-contextualized and made to vibrate in order to ignite the flickering of images in the listeners. In doing so, gaps in the description of reality through language come to light continuously. In the dialogue between different cultures, how can these gaps be translated? And what kind of impressions can the structure of different spoken languages evoke?

With poetry by Abelina Holzer, Julia Lacina and Asiyeh Panahi.
