Students’ Day
Action day
On today’s action day, the HALLE FÜR KUNST is open especially for students with various offers. With free admission, special tours and discussion formats are offered that provide exciting insights into the current group show Systems of Belief.
The exhibition Systems of Belief is based on the premise that our world of experience is becoming increasingly rationalized through the influence of new technologies and data processing systems. To what extent do resistant emotions and spirituality have their place in this technocratic world? What role do forms of resistance such as faith play in this? How can alternative forms of faith be understood in our contemporary society?
Handouts for the exhibition, as well as all tours and formats offered, will be made available to students free of charge today.

Modern belief systems

Hacking Technology
Exhibition tour
Together we will explore the theme of technology and innovation and look at some works that stage an alternative, resistant, and even spiritualistic use of technology. What can artistic positions tell us about our own use of technology?

Journey into Consciousness
Exhibition tour
The tour provides an insight into the fluorescent world of thought in the 1960s. Starting with some great literary classics of the time (Aldous Huxley, Carlos Castaneda), we turn to the works in the exhibition and talk about fascinating connections between religion, science and the liberation of consciousness.
