Mindfulness comes from Buddhism and is a science-based method that is often used in therapeutic and psychological settings. It is all about training the mind in concentration and clarity. In the large exhibition hall, we will devote ourselves to conscious perception together with mindfulness trainer Bettina Jeram. After several exercises, we will turn to a visually as well as acoustically appealing video work within the exhibition, which deals with the structures of human consciousness. Welcome to a diverse journey through consciousness, and all without toxic substance taking.
