The London based wine specialist Gus Gluck conducts a wine tasting of the Greek wine Thymiopoulos Vineyards Naoussa Alta 2017. Gluck begins his lecture with the peculiarities of the selected wine, of the grape and the producer to follow up with an anthropological walkabout in Greeks northern region of Noussa, from which the wine derives. The wine serves Gluck as an event to give historical insights into the wine culture, the drinking habits, as well as into the wine-trade and the transport of wine in Greek Antiquity, at which the amphora and the Greek pottery culture plays an important role.

Gus Gluck (*London, lives in London) is a wine specialist based in London, as well as founder and owner of GB Wine Shippers, a british speciality store for wine from all over the world.
